Rivelin Walk

Starting from the paddling pool at Rivelin, the walk goes right up the valley to the Old Post Office. Continuing up on to Fox Holes at the end Rivelin Dams is where lunch will be taken. The walk will return via the Fox Hagg Nature Reserve, Bell Hagg and then back along the Rivelin Valley to our start point.

There are two short ascents on the walk. Care needs to be taken in places as the paths have tree roots and stones across them. There is one section that has stepping stones across the river, this can be by-passed if the river is in flood.
