Walk description
We start from the Winter Green Pub in Waverley. From the Winter Green we make our way up to the top of Waverley to join a footpath that brings us to Sheffield Parkway. After passing under the parkway we join The Sheffield County Walk which gives us views over the old Sheffield Airport site, Sheffield’s East end and Rotherham. Continuing on we use woodland paths which takes us through Tinsley Park and the golf course before passing under the parkway again and back to the Winter Garden for our debrief.
This is a walk which will be in a new area for many of you. Paths are excellent throughout and any inclines are all gradual.

Parking: On-road parking near The Winter Green pub. Please park with consideration to local residents.
