Walk description

We set off from The Bridge Inn car park following field and woodland tracks and footpaths, initially alongside the River Don. Scaling the crags through the local nature reserve we have a wide view of the Upper Don Valley. We return via the Tin Mill fishing lakes to enjoy a drink in The Bridge Inn.

There is a number of ‘ups and downs’ but few stiles and little road walking.

This is a 6 – 6.5 mile walk and is moderate. It will take approx 3 hours plus lunch stop.
