Walk description
Starting form the Car Park we pass Wentworth Church and walk down the footpath to Hague Lane. From here it is a short distance via pavement before turning down past Wentworth Woodhouse. Going over our first stile we walk a field path to reach Nether Haugh. Using pavements we walk through Nether Haugh and climb for a short way to a path that takes us to Hoober Lane. Turning along this lane we reach Street Lane and turn up towards Hoober Stand, where we will take lunch. Post lunch we continue through the small hamlet of Street and on to Needles Eye. The field path take us on into King’s Wood, through to Wentworth and the start point.
This walk starts from the car park behind Wentworth Church of England Junior and Infant School. The walk is on good paths throughout consisting of man made tracks and field paths. There are only a few stiles on this walk.
