Walk description
The walk will take us through the horse field just over the M1 past the old Barley Hall colliery onto Barnsley Road, which gives good views over Wentworth. We will then follow Thornwell Lane onto the Coach Road at Wentworth. From there through a field to Hood Hill where we then pick up the road to our starting point.

If you wish to attend your first walk with Sheffield Walkers walking group please contact us a minimum 48 hours before the start of your chosen walk and we will add you to our list of walkers, notify the Walk Leader to expect you, and provide you with details of the meeting point and start time.
