Walk description
After leaving the car park we climb onto Dobb Edge, enjoying the extensive views over surrounding countryside. Please note there are several wobbly stiles and a high, but stable one. We make our way through woodland before reaching the Hunting Tower, at which point we take a woodland track down to reach ‘the house’. Everyone is now free to browse the Christmas market, this will also double as our lunch/toilet break. We will determine the amount of time spent there on the day. Meeting up after our break we will make our way back through the park on lower level paths, there are a couple more high but stable stiles to climb.
This is approximately 5.5 miles. A relatively short walk to enable time to browse the market.
