Walk description
This walk starts from the centre of Hathersage, ascending steadily through woodland and fields towards Hathersage Moor. The route passes Carl Wark and goes over Higger Tor to follow tracks up to the Trig point on the south end of Stanage Edge.The route descends gradually along the Edge towards Long Causeway, before descending more steeply towards North Lees. We turn off before this landmark to continue down through fields and woods to emerge near Bronte Cottage. From here we follow familiar tracks along Baulk Lane, back to the starting point.
