Walk description
Starting in the village of Elton, this circular walk takes up to and through Bradford Dale and back to Elton. There is lots to see along the way including the cliffs with great views near Robin Hood’s Stride and the Hermit’s Cave. Bradford Dale is a wonderful nature reserve where many different bird species can be spotted on the trail. The terrain is a combination of open fields, woodland paths and country roads.

Meeting point: Meet outside the Duke of York, Main Street, Elton, Derbyshire.
Parking: Park on-road Elton. Please park with consideration to local residents and other road users.
