Walk description

We meet at the lay-by near the Royal Hotel, Dungworth. From here we go up to Hill Top and down past Our Cow Molly’s ice cream factory via Neather cliff to Storrs Lane. From here it’s up hill to High Riggs and along the twenty fields to Flash Lane. We then make our way down to Hall Broom via Load Brook. Then a short uphill section to Ringwood Lane and down to the Royal Hotel for our pie and peas.

After the walk we plan to meet at the Royal Hotel, Dungworth for Pie and Peas. This will be about 2pm. Cost to be confirmed. Money to be paid into the Sheffield Walkers’ account. Please state on the forum if you wish to have the meal and whether you want meat and potato or veggie pie.

If you wish to attend your first walk with Sheffield Walkers walking group please contact us a minimum 48 hours before the start of your chosen walk and we will add you to our list of walkers, notify the Walk Leader to expect you, and provide you with details of the meeting point and start time.
