Walk description
We start by taking a steady uphill path from Crane Moor to Mill Moor Height and are rewarded with 360-degree views, weather permitting. We then cross the A629 and walk down Mill Moor until we reach the Trans Pennine Trail. We walk along the trail to Finkle Street and then we go uphill to Wortley where we have a break for lunch. We continue around Wortley Park towards Pilley Bridge. From here we walk to Crane Moor Dyke and back to the start.
This walk will take about 3.5 hours including a lunch break. There are about 12 stiles throughout the walk.
