Walk description
A familiar but ever popular walk which sets off from the lay-by at The Grouse Inn, descends through Haywood, before ascending and crossing Froggatt Edge. A turn at Curbar Edge sees us ascend to the start of White Edge. Following a stop for lunch we will cross White Edge to then descend the rocks and fields of Eastern Moors and return to the cars.
Meeting point and parking
Meeting point: Lay-by by the Grouse Inn, A625, Grindleford, Derbyshire.
Parking: Lay-by next to the Grouse Inn. If full use the National Trust Hayward Car Park P&D, 300 metres further down road from the lay-by.
