Walk description
The walk starts from the car park at the rear of Wentworth Church of England Junior and Infant School. From the car park we walk down the drive of Wentworth Church and then follow the road to Wentworth Park passing the house and down towards Dog Kennel Lake. We then cross over fields to Scholes Woods before climbing to Keppel’s Column which will be our lunch stop. After lunch we descend into Scholes, then leaving the village we ascend back to Wentworth and return to the cars.
This walk will take approximately 3.5 hours including lunch.
