Walk description
We start the walk at Stannington Library and walk past the war memorial and then down a few fields with views over to Crooks and Lodge Moor. We walk along a quiet country lane and then turn right up Coppice Lane back towards Nethergate. We turn left along the twenty fields (this section of the walk can be muddy) to Flash Lane. From here we walk along High Riggs Road for few hundred yards and turn left down a track to Underbank and then back to Stannington Village.
