Walk description
A lovely wander featuring varied terrain around the edge of two reservoirs before heading to Royd Moor view point to admire the view and then back down into the valley and up the other side to Hartcliff Hill where we will stop for lunch with lovely views overlooking Langsett Reservoir.
After lunch a gentle stroll down the hill into Thurlstone, then through the village and back to the car park at Scout Dike.
There are some short sections of road walking on quiet ‘B’ roads on this walk.
