Walk description
Starting from the toilets / café at Rivelin, the walk goes up the valley to the Old Post Office. Crossing Rivelin Valley Road we follow the A57 for approximately 200 yards before taking a path which brings us out opposite Rivelin Dams where we cross the dam wall. Depending on timings, this is where lunch will be taken. The walk then ascends via the river path through the stunning Wyming Brook valley, where care should be taken due to the uneven terrain. After leaving the valley we follow the ridgeline of The Craggs for approximately 2 miles, where again care needs to be taken. We then descend via a path taking us back to Rivelin Valley and to retrace our steps back to the start point.

Meeting point: Rivelin Park Cafe, Rivelin Valley Paddling Pools, Rivelin Valley Road, Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
Parking: On-road parking, adjacent to the paddling pool, Rivelin Valley Road or Hollins Lane. Please park with consideration to pedestrians and other road users.
