Walk description
Initially we gradually climb to the top of Wild Bank Hill with its extensive views (too many places to mention). We then descend to Walkerwood Reservoir before a rocky ascent to Slatepit Moor then on to Higher Swineshaw Resevoir where we take lunch.
After lunch we descend to Arnfield fisheries for a waterside walk into Swallows Woods nature reserve then via a high stile to Meadowbank Farm, thereafter onto the back streets of Hollingworth and Coach Road to the finish.
This is an undulating mixed terrain walk with well defined paths, lanes and back streets involving a number of high stiles.
