More Hall and Broomhead Reservoirs from Wharncliffe Crags
Date: Thursday, 22nd July 2021
Start time: 10:30
Grade: Easy
Distance: 5.5 miles
Walk description

It is predominantly flat, going through woodland and following the banks of the reservoirs. There is one incline between the reservoirs, from where there are extensive views along the beautiful Ewden Valley and towards Bolsterstone.
There is a short uphill section after we cross Yew Trees Lane, through woodland again, before the path levels out and we descend to come out by Broomhead Bridge. It should be quite shady for this hot weather.

This is an easy walk of 5.50 miles. It will take about 3 hours including a lunch stop.
