Walk description

After leaving The Sands car park, we climb up the fairy steps to High Bradfield then walk north-easterly to the start of Dukes Road (path). Here, we’ll have a break before walking three miles to a stony outcrop at Cartledge Bents for lunch. A clearly defined ridge walk takes us to Back Tor before turning east downhill on Foulstone Road (path) towards Strines Reservoir, along Dale Dike Reservoir and back to the car park.
