Walk description
Starting from Langsett Barn car park the walk covers the woodland and moorland surrounding the reservoir with views over Langsett and Stocksbridge with a lunch stop near the summit of Margery Hill. There are sections of steep rocky ascents but generally the terrain is moderate until reaching the high moorland towards Cut Gate.

Parking: As above. Langsett Barn Car Park is now Pay & Display. Free parking is available in the nearby lay-by. Both parking areas rapidly fill up.
