Walk description
We leave Howbrook via picturesque country lanes before entering woods that will take us to Wharncliffe Crags. We then walk along the Crags taking in the spectacular views of Stocksbridge, Deepcar and Oughtibridge and farther out to Broomhead and Morehall reservoirs.
We leave the Crags and continue our walk via Wharncliffe Chase where hopefully we may encounter some new born lambs. We then continue through fields and lanes back to Howbrook and the end of our walk.
There are several stiles to scale and the way will be muddy so gaiters are advised.
