Walk description
From The Grouse Inn we drop steeply down through Hay Wood to the edge of Grindleford and the River Derwent. Here we turn south and make our way through Froggatt Wood. On reaching Froggatt Bridge we turn sharply and start our short steep climb through Bee Wood, before levelling out and following woodland paths to Warren Lodge. Here we turn again and make our way up to Froggatt Edge. The final leg of our walk takes us along Froggatt Edge, which on a clear day gives us beautiful views across the valley and beyond.
