Walk description
We begin our walk at the Acorn Inn in Burncross. We will then walk through Foxfield Woods and through fields to Bemrose’s Farm. We continue on to the picturesque village of Whitely and on to Middleton Common. From there, we cross the stepping stones over the stream and go up to Yew Lane where there is a bit of road walking, before we reach our lunch spot.
After lunch, we walk to the Church and over fields back to Whiteley. We continue through fields to Horbury Hall and back to Burncross and our starting point.
Please be aware that there are several stiles to scale.
