Walk description
From Derbyshire Bridge, we use well-trod paths to Three Shires Head and Wildboarclough before starting the 654’ climb to Shutlingsloe trig point. From this fine vantage point, we may be able to spot The Roaches, and look in the directions of Buxton and Macclesfield. After skirting the NE edge of Macclesfield Forest, the route takes us on a gentle uphill traverse (using Clough Brook as a handrail) before crossing the A537 and back to Derbyshire Bridge.
