Walk description
This walk starts from Tideswell car park. We will take the path up to Meadow Farm then drop down to Miller’s Dale on to Chee Tor then into Chee Dale following the River Wye until we come to the cafe. Next we take the Monsal Trail until we reach Ravernstor then it’s a short uphill stretch via Tideswell Dale back to the start.
This is a great walk up Chee Dale Gorge, the paths can be slippery and a bit of scrambling is involved, but most Sheffield Walkers have already done this walk before.
It will take approximately 4.5 hours with lunch.
