Walk description
This walk is a linear walk that starts at Grindleford Station.
Meeting point is at Dore and Totley Station, where there is a free car park.
Train leaves Dore at 9.21 arriving at 9.28am, where a breakfast, bacon sandwich or coffee etc can be purchased. Once we are all ready, the walk will commence at about 10.30.
We will walk up Padley Gorge, onto Houndkirk Moor and road. We then cross towards the Norfolk Arms before turning down Limb Valley. We turn right and though Whirlow Park, there is then a short road section along Limb Lane. We go through Ecclesall Woods back to the start point. It is estimated we will get back to the walk start point about 3pm.
